Smile so bright to battle the darkness that fills us inside.

Every soul endures pain and that pain can catapult us to our destiny or it can drown us desperately.

We hold our breath wondering if we will make it to the other side.

Yet it’s our breath that makes sure we stay alive.

Some days it’s like the water is above our head and we’re tired of hurting.

Other days it’s like we’re flying through the clouds blissfully serving.

There will be moments we feel outnumbered.

Moments we feel misunderstood.

Moments we feel like this all can’t be for nothing.

Moments we have to have faith that everything our heart desires is coming.

The lord is working on our behalf behind the scenes.

The divine plan is in place and all we have to do is hold space.

Make room for new.

Open our hearts to be renewed.

Offer up nothing but the truth.

The peaks and valleys are a part of life.

It won’t always make sense.

Find your smile even when it feels intense.

Don’t hide.

Don’t push your feelings aside.

Don’t ignore your process.

Face every part of you but please find that smile as you do.

Let the tears flow over you.

Let your light shine through.

Darkness is a part of life.

It can feel like a weighted blanket.

A never ending story.

A cloud that looms over you.

It’s a brutal truth but take one step at a time and you’ll be just fine.

Keep turning the pages.

Happiness flows in stages.

God is illuminating the phases.

So keep climbing there’s a high hope at the end of the road.

Start saying thank you, celebrate, and give praises.

Blessings are on the way.

Opportunities are in the making.

There are no more delays or waiting.
